2 Pork hearts
4 Pork kidneys
1lbLiver
4 1/2lbShoulder roast
1 Bell pepper
3 Onions
4cCooked rice
  Salt and pepper to taste
2bnGreen onions-chopped
1cParsley-chopped

Boil first six ingredients until tender: grind and mash then add rice, salt and pepper, green onions and parsley. Stuff in pork casings.
